Thank you for your email of 17 May to the Secretary of State regarding the renaming of the Second Severn Crossing. I have been asked to respond.

As per our previous correspondence, it is worth highlighting again that over the course of the last year, the Secretary of State for Wales has corresponded regularly with the Welsh Government, The Prime Minister’s Office, the Department for Transport and with the Royal Household on the proposal to rename the Second Severn Crossing.

Correspondence with the Welsh Government has now been published and can be viewed online here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/second-severn-crossing

Yours sincerely
